Product Information
All products sold on brasstubes.co.uk are supplied for trade use and it is assumed that purchasers have the knowledge and experience to use the products correctly. No retail packaging or instructions or paperwork are included with any goods unless mentioned in the product description. VAT is charged on all goods and delivery. A VAT invoice will be provided.
Delivery
Goods may be collected from our premises. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days, using our own vans or a 1 or 2 day courier. If despatch will be delayed for any reason we will advise you by email or phone.
Courier charges are variable due to shipping limitations on lengths and to outlying regions. Shipping costs will be calculated when you address is entered in the checkout process.
Returns
We do not accept returns of trade sales without prior agreement. Returns of retail sales of fittings and components will be accepted if returned within 14 days in the condition in which they were supplied. Customer should pay return postage.
Tube sales are cut to length for each order and cannot be returned unless incorrectly supplied.
Where goods are found to be faulty we will supply a replacement and refund the cost of any return carriage.
Warranty
We guarantee our goods for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. We will replace or repair and item found to be faulty within this period that has been used only for the purpose that it was manufactured and has not be machined or altered in any way and has not been subject to unreasonable loading or suffered damage or failure due to poor installation. Our liability is limited only to the replacement of the original part, as originally supplied.
Conclusion
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law.
